Sales and Support Specialist (Telecom Industry exp. pref.)
Location: Coppell, TX
Salary: $20.00-$22.00/hour + Quarterly Bonus + Benefits (1st Year OTE $50,000 – $55,000+)

Typical Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Mon-Fri

Sales And Support Specialist (Telecom Industry Exp. Pref.) Description
Our client is looking for a Sales and Support Specialist to add to their team in Coppell, TX. You will be a critical subject matter expert responsible for supporting customers via phone, email, and some face-to-face will-call orders. You will provide quotes, enter orders, and suggest product add-ons and substitutions suiting customer needs. This is not a counter-sales or warehouse role; you will be in an office setting. To be successful in this role, you must have strong customer service skills and technical aptitude/understanding to learn the telecom industry product mix. A background in telecom, low voltage, patch panels, installation, or tower climbing is highly desired. Sales And Support Specialist (Telecom Industry Exp. Pref.) Responsibilities
Process customer orders
Receive and process payments
Support customer emails and phone calls
Provide product quotes
Offer proper add-ons and substitutions
Ensure complete customer satisfaction and retention
Cross-reference products to ensure orders are complete
Enter and maintain customer data in a CRM
Sales and Support Specialist (Telecom Industry exp. pref.) Qualification
1+ year of customer-facing experience required
Telecom, low-voltage, installation, or cell tower climbing industry experience preferred
Technical aptitude and understanding are a must
Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook proficiency required
