We have raised the bar on telecommunications, and we are looking for a professional Sales Traffic Coordinator with the following skills:

Essential Functions of the Job:

Screen and traffic all lead activity on the Sales Floor. We have a floor of 30 openers and 5-7 Closers at anytime.

Ensure process and procedures are in place to traffic and provide the MOST cost effective HIGH QUALITY leads to our Sales Team

Monitor and measure productivity of results by employee and provide daily/weekly/monthly feedback to Management on performance.

Ability to create new methods to improve sales process to include some basic marketing (ie. texting, emails, video, blogs, etc. sales kits)

Qualifications:

• Sales Experience preferrd.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast pace work environment.
• Self-confidence, excellent communication and people skills.

Pay: $30,000.00 – $35,000.00 per year
