We are filling an entry-level Sales Associate position on our growing team! This role is perfect for individuals with any previous customer service, marketing, or sales experience. Since all of our promotions are internal, we seek out candidates that are hungry for a fast-paced environment and performance-based growth.

What you’ll be doing…

Our Sales Associate team meets with customers face to face to update or replace their current telecommunication services with both existing and potential customers. We offer the best customer experience by working hands-on with the customer in understanding their needs and long-term goals. Our team is responsible for thoroughly explaining new or updated products to the customer to ensure that we tackle any opportunity that the customer may have. Creating a strong customer-client relationship through clear communication enables our team to establish repeat customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers daily
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers
  • Travel within sales territory to meet with new and repeat customers
  • Maintain clear records of all sales leads and customer accounts
  • Education customers on how products and/or services can benefit them financially, personally, and professionally
  • Records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
  • Sell our client’s products or services to customers in a provided approved territory

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience minimum
  • Demonstrate ability to achieve sales goals and metrics
  • Knowledge of Telecommunication sales strategies
  • Brand ambassador or face-to-face sales experience

Skills/Characteristics that lead to success:

  • Demonstrated ability in meeting sales objectives
  • Impeccable interpersonal communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of the industry and industry trends
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and consumer psychology
  • Proficiency with CRM software, SalesForce
  • Self-Starter
  • Thrives in a non-micromanaged environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5.00 – $1,500.00 per week

  • 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sherman Oaks, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
