Our boutique management consulting firm is looking for a sales representative with strong drive to join our team. The role will include a base salary as well as monthly and yearly performance bonuses.
What Will you do?
You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious client acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have experience and/or confidence in speaking to decision makers of an organization. Prior Sales experience in industries such as Telecom and Car sales is preferred but we welcome all applicants.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and making outbound calls to generate and qualify leads
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Enter, update, and maintain information on existing customers, leads, prospects and opportunities.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
- Arrange sales meetings and achieve monthly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
Requirements
- Exceptional communication, written and presentation skills
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Experience working with CRM systems (preferred)
- Organized, independent and resourceful in maintaining data.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance, as well as part of a team.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- College or University education Preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
