Our boutique management consulting firm is looking for a sales representative with strong drive to join our team. The role will include a base salary as well as monthly and yearly performance bonuses.

What Will you do?

You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious client acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have experience and/or confidence in speaking to decision makers of an organization. Prior Sales experience in industries such as Telecom and Car sales is preferred but we welcome all applicants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and making outbound calls to generate and qualify leads
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Enter, update, and maintain information on existing customers, leads, prospects and opportunities.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
  • Arrange sales meetings and achieve monthly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication, written and presentation skills
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Experience working with CRM systems (preferred)
  • Organized, independent and resourceful in maintaining data.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance, as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • College or University education Preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay
