STS Manufacturing specializes in surface treatments for metals and plastics. Our customer base centers around North American Automotive Parts Manufacturers, and Telecommunications Companies.

Although remote, this position is local to the Detroit Metropolitan area. This is where our key customers reside, and we wish to have good access to them, both to strengthen our existing client relationships, and to forge new business relationships.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, with exceptional organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking abilities. You welcome the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Responsibilities

· Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers

· Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers

· Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects

· Drive incremental sales and generate new business opportunities through direct selling efforts.

· Maintain strong collaboration with cross-functional team

Qualifications

· Experience in Business

· 2+ years of Sales/Customer Service (B2B sales preferred)

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

License/Certification:

  • Driver’s License (Preferred)

Work Location: Remote
