Sales Coordinator

Position:

This full-time position will involve working closely with PBT’s Sales teams to help coordinate sales-related activity, reporting to our Director of Battery Monitoring Systems. Typical hours for this role will be 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, EST. This will involve helping the sales team with responding to customer inquiries, assisting with quotes, handling urgent calls and emails, and overall, boosting the sales team’s productivity. Bonus points if you are familiar with any of the industries mentioned above.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to customers via phone or email on behalf of the sales team
• Creating quotes based off existing templates or sales team member’s input
• CRM Administration (HubSpot)
• Setup meetings and send out reminders to team members
• Lead management
• Coordinate and manage logistics for sales and events
• Assist team members with setting up travel

Qualifications:

• Excellent people skills
• HubSpot experience preferred
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office products, specifically Outlook and Excel
• Previous experience working in or around sales teams
• Knowledge of basic electricity and electronics is a plus
• Must be a self-starter with ability to work well with customers and fellow employees
• Minimum high school, some college preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $52,500.00 per year
