REPSONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales team.
  • Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly.
  • Input orders and ensure they are processed according to business standards as well as customer requirements, and ensure all orders are accurate.
  • Attend sales training and develop an understanding of Beanfield’s services, products, policies, and processes.
  • Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and phone calls.
  • Collaborate with internal Beanfield teams.
  • All other duties as assigned by management team.


EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Post-Secondary degree or diploma
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator (or similar position) in Technology or Telecommunications an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Knowledge of Telecommunications.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills in order to multi-task/prioritize and work under tight timelines.
  • Effective written, verbal and listening skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work and act independently using good judgement when assessing difficult situations.
  • Team player with strong personal interpersonal skills and professional manner.
