As an SDR, you’ll work closely with our Business Development and Marketing teams to generate leads and build pipelines in the higher education market. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Another Source, you will be responsible for generating a pipeline for the Business Development team (2), your primary focus will be the higher education market. You will work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to conduct outreach via phone, e-mail, and LinkedIn. As well as attending trade shows and events to help generate interest in Another Source and discover opportunities.

Compensation package:
Base salary DOE $50,000-65,000/year
Commissioned on both meetings completed AND deals closed
What we’d like to see from you:
- 1+ years of experience in a sales/lead generation role
- Passionate, coachable, and humble team player
- You’re a respectful, engaging, and inquisitive communicator with a professional demeanor
- You have demonstrated success working autonomously toward company goals
- You are savvy and a proactive self-starter with the ability to drive things through to completion, while accepting direction along the way as needed
- High degree of integrity
- Strong desire to learn and grow a career in sales
- Excellent follow up skills
- CRM experience (such as HubSpot, Salesforce etc.)
- A basic understanding of the business development process
How you will spend your time:
- Build Prospect Lists
- Partner with Marketing to develop messaging content and outreach sequences to execute on
- Qualify leads and generate pipeline for the sales organization and coordinate qualified meetings with Business Development team
- Contact prospects daily via phone, email, and other various forms of outreach
- Set appointments with Key Decision Makers that lead to qualified leads
