General Sales Manager

Houston TX

This Employer is a full-scope, telecommunications service company with

extensive experience in the design, installation and maintenance of data

communications, audio-visual and broadband RF distribution systems.

They are looking for General Sales Manager to Sell telecommunication

equipment and products and manage the Houston Texas Office. This

candidate will sell, prospect, network and maintain existing clients.

Management responsibilities include managing an office of sales direct

reports, sales forecasting, handling reporting and sales administration

using Goldmine to report to headquarters office, motivating the

employees and working with them to increase sales. Will work directly

with the management team and the owner to meet goals and KPIs.

Very helpful to some experience in audio, video and technology such as

Direct TV and Distributed Automated Systems and a keen interest in

learning and explaining new technologies to clients. Will be handling

needs analysis with clients.

Salary plus bonus and commissions. Full benefits package, car allowance,

some travel and retirement account.

Qualifications:
Sales Management, Some telecommunications or technology knowledge, Relationship Builder
