Sales Representative – Custom Enclosure, Console, Cabinet, and Contract Manufacturing

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Develops and executes a plan to meet the required sales goals
- Through their investigation and consulting with other team members, they determine the compelling features of each product line
- Finds and secures contact points pertinent to the products or services for the different channels and end-users and enters the stages of customer contact through the use of the Salesforce CRM and utilizes it to improve success
- Develops a constant flow of quality opportunities
- Uses the company’s existing database, web, and other tools to develop lists to reach out to customers
- Interacts with other sales individuals to gain guidance as to proper contacts, approaches, and opportunities and to personalize the compelling case to prospects
- Ensures an in-depth understanding of e-System’s markets, products, and services to promote the best solution to customer application
- When required, provides excel based reports to management as to progress, success, and strategy
- Can produce reliable three-month forecasts of product shipments
- Addresses customer concerns and issues
- Develops and supports both end-user customers and reseller channels to expand coverage
- Provides continuous training, direction, and motivation to reseller channels on new products, applications, and company programs
- Provides new product ideas along with improvements to existing lines to exceed the features and benefits
RELEVANT PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of three years prior field sales experience, with a preference for that experience in contract manufacturing and with consoles or technology in the Data Center/IT/Telecommunications/Command & Control or Security markets
- College degree in business (or equivalent work experience)
- Experience in a project-oriented sales cycle

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Auto and air travel as required and a clean MVR record
- Regular attendance in the office or on the road is necessary to provide continuity and accomplishment of job responsibilities
- Read, write, speak, personally or on the telephone and perform mathematical calculations as required throughout the day.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
