COMPANY OVERVIEW

Phoenix Loss Control (“Phoenix” or “PLC”) is a business services provider in the cable, telecom, and utilities sector. PLC’s core service is outside plant damage investigation, recovery, and prevention. We help our clients recover the costs of third-party damages to their infrastructure, such as underground fiber optic or gas lines. PLC currently employs over 120 people, servicing some of the largest cable and telecoms operators in across the country (Comcast, Spectrum, AT&T, and Google, to name a few). Phoenix is currently aggressively expanding its business and is looking for talented and energetic people to bring onboard to help drive growth.

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Sales Representative, the candidate would work together with the President and Client Relations team to fulfill two key functions:

1. Expand Phoenix’s wallet share with current clients

2. Target and acquire new clients

The Sales Representative will work both on client outreach and client facing tasks, as well as help the sales efforts in an administrative capacity.

DUTIES

Client Facing

– Cold Client Outreach

– Follow Up Correspondence

– Attending conferences and client meetings

Administrative / Support

– Maintaining CRM system

– Monitoring and maintaining client follow up / outreach schedules

– Researching new client targets / leads

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS.

· At least 1 year of sales experience

· Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time

· Highly outgoing and extroverted personality, comfortable around others

· High level of comfort in cold calling / client outreach, both virtual and in person

· Highly organized

· Self-motivated individual who does not require constant oversight

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
