As a Sales Representative for Outliers CS, you will be responsible for helping our clients manage existing accounts and acquire new ones. The clients we represent are well-known, Fortune 50 companies, in the telecommunications and entertainment industry; meaning we are working with products and services that everyone knows and respects. Our ideal candidate for this position enjoys interacting with others, has a passion for technology, and can provide an exceptional guest experience through superior interactions on the sales floor.

In this position, you will play an integral role in making sure our customers are taken care of while increasing sales and name brand loyalty. We aren’t just looking for an employee, or a sales representative; we are looking for someone to gain competency at all levels and move into a leadership role. What you’ll be doing…

· Conducting retail sales presentations and related activities.

· Assisting all customers in a professional, friendly and attentive manner.

· Accurately identifying customer needs and making product recommendations.

· Explaining product/service benefits and features to promote sales.

· Managing and processing all sales contracts and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

· Maintain a neat and orderly sales environment, including all product displays.

· Know all products/services our clients offer and have accurate knowledge of their competitors.

What we are looking for in a candidate…

· Education: Associate’s degree or above is preferred

· Experience: A customer service and/or sales background is ideal.

· Availability: Full- Time

· Personality: Creative – Competitive nature – Great attitude – Brings their best effort at all times.

· Work Ethic: Strong. Someone who is self-motivated, and can work well independently and within a team setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 – $1,800.00 per week

Benefits:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay

  • Charlotte, NC 28216: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
