The Opportunity:
As a member of the Sales Support team, you will provide a range of project management focused support services to the global sales team in order to grow and protect revenue and facilitate client satisfaction.” – Director, Global Sales Operations
What You’ll Contribute:
- Support Sales Team across assigned sales operations activities.
- Review new Assessment Requests for completeness and accuracy, and pre-qualify requests based on review of the relevant contract(s).
- Complete assigned customer assessment/audit projects being accountable for qualification, requirements gathering, schedules, completing questionnaires and fulfilling documentation requests, and other deliverables.
- Support team members with the scheduling and facilitation of remote and onsite third party vendor risk assessments/audits requested by FICO’s customers.
- Support team members in gathering appropriate responses to customer reported findings/gaps, develop customer approved remediation plans, and drive findings/gaps to closure.
- Communicate project status to customers and FICO sales reps per external and internal SLAs, informing of any potential scheduling conflicts or general risks to the project.
- Contribute team-level process and training documentation. Help manage project-tracking reports.
- Constantly seek out and improve knowledge of industry-mandated regulations.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science or highly related program.
- High-level understanding of industry-mandated regulations.
- Excellent organization and administration skills with exemplary attention to detail.
- Highly developed written, oral and social skills for daily written and verbal communication with clients and across all areas and levels within FICO.
- Ability to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and complete multiple projects effectively and concurrently.
- Self-motivated and highly collaborative style.
- A positive can-do attitude and professional demeanor.
- Enthusiastic; Independent; enjoys the opportunity to be self-motivated
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
