Work closely with the Customer Solution Architect (CSA) and Account Managers prospecting on a continual basis to identify, qualify, and close new business.

As a Co Op Student you will be part of amazing Customer Solution Architect Team working in TELUS Partner Solutions (TPS). We are the wholesale division of TELUS. We work with Canadian, American and international organizations to enhance their product offering and to engineer a broad range of possibilities for them and their end customers.

Our customers include Telecom Carriers, Cable Service Providers, Wireless Service Providers, Voice & Data Resellers. As TELUS continues to drive new and creative wholesale solutions in the market, our base of customers is also evolving to include global, Technology Companies, Technology Disruptors, IoT Enablers and Systems Integrators.

Qualifications

Your daily Responsibilities:

  • Assist other CSAs with varies Tasks from quoting to designing a Solution for a prospective Business
  • Prepares customer quotes, fibre construction estimates, and facilities confirmations
  • Addresses technical asks from customers regarding standard TELUS wholesale services
  • Understands and communicates the functionality and benefits of specific TELUS products and services
  • Assists customers with completing technical configuration details on orders
  • Reviews product technical documentation
  • Communicates/clarifies TELUS technical requirements and responses with customers during the pre and post-sales process
  • Continued drive and specific plan to grow technically through self-learning and working with extended teams
