Wireless Support Technician– Bethel Headquarters
DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for onsite field support to inbuilding wireless projects. Work as a liaison between field and office teams to communication progress, quality and success of wireless installation projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support wirelessinstallations with PM/Field Management
- On site material management and logistics
- Troubleshooting and Manufacturer Support Coordination
- Subcontractor support and training
- Drive actions and decisions to maximize project profitability
- Site close-out support
- Conduct wireless surveys for pre-sales support amd as customer requested service
- On Site surveys
- Report Generation
- Coordinate with Wireless Director regarding daily tasks
- Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
- Develop new subcontractor relationships; strengthen isting relationships
- Other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma required; some college preferred
- Ability to travel within the US
- Valid Drivers’ License
- Basic Understanding of Cabling Installation best practices (Fiber, Coax, Category, ect)
- Installation Experience in IT Infrastructure
- General Technical Troubleshooting Skills
- Interest in Wireless and emerging technologies
- Project Management Experience is preferred
- Strong professionalism, communication, and customer facing skills
- Familiarization with PowerPoint and other common Microsoft Office Business Productivity Applications
- 3+ years’ experience in the telecommunications industry
- Ability to read, analyze and decipher scopes of work
- Ability to use basic hand tools, punch down, shears and crimp tools
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour
