They are looking for Sales Support Specialist that will provide direct support to the sales organization and interact daily with a cross-functional team to ensure organizational initiatives, actions, and resources are aligned to achieve business unit objectives. You’ll work across all aspects of the business to understand what is required to achieve results, track the progress of initiatives and actions, provide executive-level communications support, and find innovative solutions to overcome challenges. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-demand and scheduled reporting.
  • Project manage internal initiatives and deployments.
  • Organizing monthly all-hands calls, including developing agendas, securing, and preparing speakers and creating content.
  • Assist in managing external deployments
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Job Requirements

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience analyzing and forecasting sales and measuring salesforce productivity.
  • Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Prior sales experience, with enterprise-level or mid-tier customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Organizational skills
  • Ability to manage projects within tight timelines with multiple key stakeholders.
  • Ability to train others on various applications
  • Compiling daily lists of leads and delegating them to sales team associates
  • Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for sales team
  • Handling all administrative duties for the sales department or team, including scheduling client conferences and meetings
  • Performing data entry duties about metrics, sales figures and other key data
  • Creating and processing sales in a timely manner
  • Bilingual a PLUS
  • Must be comfortable presenting to high net worth
