JOB SUMMARY
Our client, a highly reputable telecommunications company headquartered in Quincy, MA, needs 2 Sales Team Coordinators to join their growing team! In this role, you will support the sales team and act as a liaison between the Sales and Client Services departments. If you’re highly motivated and interested in growing your career in a fast-paced and progressive company, I would love to connect with you!
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure post sales procedures run smoothly
- Work with Sales and other departments for a speedy conversation for newly closed deals
- Lead communication
- Follow company protocols by maintaining quality standards and accurate details
Qualifications include:
- 1-3+ years of experience.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
Schedule: 100% on site while temp, 1 remote day once converted, 2 remote days after 6 months (no covid vax req), Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
