Your role is about motivating B2B Sales teams to achieve high performance, overseeing the design and delivery of all training programs, monitoring calls for quality assurance. Your work contributes to the strategic plan so you’ll be asked to provide short-term planning and scheduling. Must have a broad understanding of telecommunications and be a B2B Sales & High tech fanatic. Conduct Training Need Analysis on a quarterly basis to ensure the required knowledge matrix is maintained.
Training Coordination:
- Deliver Cloud Training & Development Programs.
- Supports Team Leaders in addressing gaps, in terms of hard-skills and soft-skills, covering B2B Technical sales deliverables.
- Deliver New Hire onboarding training.
- Definition of contents and time intervals of training sessions for project.
- Development of training tracking tools.
- Develop a multi-year training and development roadmap (curriculum) that supports development of BDRs and SDRs.
- Conduct & devise Career Stage profiling assessment and plan for the program.
Team Coaching:
Work with supervisor/team lead to ensure that appropriate Call Management processes are being followed: planning, preparation, execution, closing.
- Ensures that opportunities are managed effectively: creation and progression.
- Provides guidance for discussions with customer hiring and Quality Monitoring (QM):
- To deploy a sales call coaching method including a Plan, Do, Review model for supporting each SDR & BDR to progressively improve the quality and impact of each call.
- To work with Operations Managers/Leaders for regular, standard quality monitoring of all customer-facing and partner-engaging SDR & BDR.
Who We Are Looking For
- Bachelors/Degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in IT and/or Cloud sales
- 1-2 years Subject Matter Expertise in(modern) selling techniques is required and experience in Training/Coaching
- Strong sales and technical aptitude with ability to absorb technical sales information and apply to business solutions
- Able to set priorities, influence others, and manage customer expectations
- Experience using CRM solutions, Salesforce is a plus
- Excellent time management, organization and planning skills are essential
- Have excellent communication (verbal and written) and presenting/training skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English. Any other European language is a plus.
