Sales Training Specialist

A client is looking for a Training Specialist to input and manage large amounts of sales content into the Centrical platform, pull reports, and build out new learning paths as needed.

Pay Rate: $32.77 on W2

Duration: 11 months or longer

Shift: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Description:

As the client’s business continues to shift to the DSP it is vital that their salesforce quickly shifts to meet this need. There has also been a higher than usual attrition rate and a need to quickly ramp up new employees. To meet these needs, Sales L&D is deploying a new, global DSP learning program via Centrical, which is an education platform that specializes in personalized learning and knowledge retention. This new program will shorten ramp time for new hires, as well as provide always-on learning for existing employees.

Building this program in Centrical requires many hours uploading and classifying granular learning items that will be used across global sales audiences. Sales L&D will be delivering a beta program with a limited scope by 9/30, which will be followed by iterations of increasing scope through mid-2023. These implementations require someone to input and manage large amounts of sales content into the Centrical platform, pull reports, and build out new learning paths as needed. This position would require a person to:

• Learn and apply Centrical functionality
• Upload and classify a significant amount of sales content
• Build out learning plans that strengthen learning retention and engagement
