Job Description :
The telecommunications market is undergoing a transformation, and Cogeco is forging ahead with our plan to enter the Canadian mobile services market. We are looking for a Salesforce Product Owner to create and run a best in class Salesforce based business system solution to deliver excellent Customer Servicing experience through marketing and eCommerce capabilities delivered through a multi-channel approach.
Responsibilities:
  • Develops and maintains the Product Road Map – driving product definition, strategy, and long-term vision for our Salesforce stack
  • Collaborates with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure optimal sequencing of Road Map, aligned to business value and technical considerations
  • Collaborates with business, development, architecture and QA to create appropriate translation documents from business elicitation (Use Case, User Stories & Business process flows)
  • Demonstrates deep understanding of translation with respect to business processes, Customer Journeys, Ux flows to system requirements (ie. can decompose flows and decision points/triggers to identify system elements requiring modification)
  • Acts on of business stakeholders within the product and integration teams to continuously assure business strategy and a Customer-centric approach is met
  • Facilitates a highly collaborative working engagement model where QA, architecture and development create and execute on well-defined User Stories and tasks
  • Leads sprint definition and facilitate agile ceremonies with team members
  • Ensures Non-functional requirements are defined and assures are tested for as part of definition of done
  • Demonstrates the principles of continuous improvement at the product and team dynamic levels through well-defined retrospective activities
  • Ensures KPIs are set related to team work velocity and system performance

Academic and Experience:
  • University degree in computer science or related field, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Agile accreditation – CSPO (preferred), PMI-ACP, PSPO I, CSM, POPM
  • CBAP or BABOK, modeling certification an asset
Specific Competencies:
  • Strong Agile discipline – SAFe and/or Scrum methodologies
  • Demonstrates ability to create Road Maps, Product Increments, Epics and User Stories; understanding level of refinement required at each level
  • Experience with Salesforce – Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, CMS, OM & Vlocity / Salesforce Industries elements to create a multi-channel, Customer-centric Experience
  • Must be highly proficient and demonstrate experience with integration elements – Mulesoft & Apigee API (API Story writing) into a Salesforce stack
  • Deep understanding of CDP principles & practices
  • Modeling techniques – ERD, BPMN, UML Use Cases, User Stories
  • Experience with Automation Anywhere, UI Path or similar RPA capabilities
  • Postman, Swagger experience an asset
