About the job:

• Our technicians install and service satellite, security, and smart home equipment in the customer’s home.
• Our compensation plan is very competitive and allows for immediate growth once training is completed (based on performance & productivity).
• Make the most of every visit with commission, referral, and upgrade opportunities. (Up to 15% of all sales in commission! 10% guaranteed!)

What’s required?

• Current valid driver’s license and relatively clean driving record
• Willing to submit to criminal background and pre-hire drug screen
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• The job is entry level, but you must be willing to learn. Our work can be intricate. (We will train you!)
• Strong work ethic without direct supervision

What else are we looking for?

• Exceptional customer service skills (you will be in customers’ homes)
• Electrical, maintenance, or telecommunications experience can shorten training time.
• Sales experience will increase immediate earning potential and expedite training as well.
• Works well in a team setting and can communicate with others.

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Climb and work from ladders up to 38’ – 40’ at times
• Work in attics and other limited-space areas
• Bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for long periods
• Use of power tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,500.00 – $3,200.00 per week
