Service Operation>NCE Operations Engineering>Project Mgmt & Planning

Plant Engineering is part of Vestas Service North Central Europe and supports business units in matters concerning SCADA, Park Regulation, Cyber Security or Network related topics in a Power Plant.The Team Project Management and Planning focusses on Technical Sales Support, Project Management and Planning as well as After Sales Support. We are supporting our internal and external Stakeholder during the life cycle of a Power Plant. To ensure flawless execution in all stages of a Project.

Responsibilities

• Support and Project Management of SCADA related topics during the project phases of Sales, Construction, Service and After Sales
• Clarification of technical issues towards our stakeholder
• Follow up on SCADA activities and update progress toward our stakeholder
• Handle internal deliverables to exceed customer expectations while maximizing value for Vestas at the same time
• Deliver quality results and, at the same time, meet the deadlines
• Gathering of Market Requirements for Product Management and Development
• Support in execution of new business models

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the wind industry or relevant equivalent experience with SCADA systems
• Engineering degree (e.g. Automation, IT, Software Engineering, Telecommunications)
• Industrial electrical and electronics knowledge
• Experience with Project Management and Commissioning in the area of Automation or Communication Technologies
• Experience in Stakeholder Management
• Business language skills in English both verbal and written, German skills will be a big asset
• Drivers License

• Comfortable with working in a high paced and highly progressive environment

Additional Information

This position is available in Berlin or Hamburg.

Expected travel: 2 days per month.
