Your day-to-day activities

As a Scrum Master within Telecom & Media, you will help our customers master the Agile way of working by guiding and supporting scrum teams. You coach product owners and team members in achieving their short and long term goals. You guide the team and give constructive feedback, solicited and unsolicited, to continuously improve the working method.

In this role you support one or more scrum teams and help prioritize and plan activities. You inspire team members and product owners and create a basis of trust in which growth and development are paramount.

What you need to be successful in this role

You are a professional with a strong personality. Someone who gets satisfaction from continuously improving and inspiring Agile teams. You have good communication skills and you are able to bring team members and your environment into an Agile way of working.

In addition you have:

• A completed HBO/WO education, preferably with a strong ICT component;
• 3-5 years of working experience in an ICT work environment as Scrum Master or in similar roles, such as Team Leader or DevOps engineer;
• Experience with Scrum, DevOps and Safe Agile or LESS
• Relevant certificates. These include Scrum Master (PSM I, PSM Il), (advanced) Certified Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner, SAFE Agilist, Dev Ops;
• Certification as a Safe Program Consultant (SPC) is an advantage.
• Experience in creating use cases, user stories, SCRUM, Agile, DevOps, SAFe and Epics.
• Experience in working with tooling such as Jira and Azure or similar.
• A high level of creativity, initiative, pragmatism and persuasiveness
• Command of the Dutch language in word and writing
