Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager…

In this role, you will:

  • Perform a crucial role in transforming our teams to a high performing agile team and in delivering enterprise-wide value as we transition to a strategic secure network platform of the future.
  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
  • Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others
  • Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
  • Serve as an expert advisor to leadership
  • Work closely with the product managers, technical leaders, and business leaders to create meaningful customer value with our current and emerging connectivity and/or cryptographic services.
  • Work closely with our lead Agilists to transform our team a model state product and portfolio management.
  • Need strong risk and dependency management skills to coordinate large complex initiatives across multiple Agile and non-agile teams.
  • Need to leverage excellent verbal, written, relationship, and influencing skills across all levels of the organization to build consensus and enthusiasm to prioritize our product delivery against the overall product strategy.
  • Will need to be comfortable with technical complexity, ambiguity and facilitating discussions to explore the best possible solution.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience leading large scale, very complex product portfolios with broad scope and impact across large organizations.
  • Experience transitioning teams to agile product and portfolio management
  • One or more of the following:
    • Experience with internet services
    • Experience building next generation data center networking solutions and scale migration from legacy to the best-in-class data center environment
    • Experience with large scale global Telecommunications
    • Experience with large scale global Internet Protocol (IP) network backbones
    • Experience with Application delivery services including load balancing and web access firewalls
    • Experience with Network and Security Services automation at scale
    • Experience with Cryptographic technologies and Domain Name Services (DNS)
    • Experience with Network security monitoring and/or defense
    • Experience with Directory Security administration and management
    • Experience with Agile practices and frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, etc.) and workflow and collaboration tools, such as Confluence, Jira and Jira Align

NYC salary range: $138,500-$287,600.

We are seeking a Product Owner to own the alignment of one of the 19 Secure Network Services Product Areas suites of vision and roadmap; and collaborate with the product team, product area team, and delivery teams to experiment, discover, and deliver on the product vision.

  • As the product owner, you will:
  • Actively own the prioritization of a clearly understood product area backlog aligned to product area vision and goals
  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas of the enterprise while managing risk and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance
  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
  • Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others
  • Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact
  • Coordinating with other product owners in service of the customer experience.
  • Accepting user stories after they have been fully delivered and meet the definition of done
  • Defining and refining user stories, ensuring acceptance criteria is clearly understood by the team.
  • Managing tradeoffs and executing day to day backlog prioritization and refinement; defining release plans aligned to the product strategy and roadmap.

Pay Range

$120,400.00 – $250,000.00 Annual
