Senior Account Executive – Telecom

The Senior Account Executive is responsible for developing opportunities for Wicresoft services and solutions by identifying prospects, managing a pipeline of opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and establishing the highest level of Customer Experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leverage ongoing expertise of industry trends, market activities, and competitor landscape to identify service, solution, and improvement opportunities within a set of targets and territories
  • Establish ownership of client relationships; address client concerns, learn client strategy and vision, and develop key strategies to grow current business
  • Establish full ownership of Customer Experience, maintaining strong relationships and customer account plans as well as a regular rhythm to earn and maintain the customers’ trust
  • Maintain excellent sales discipline by managing and updating the sales pipeline, ensuring strategic discussions with new prospects and existing clients are documented in CRM
  • Collaborate with Internal teams to provide appropriate resources for customer projects
  • Perform accurate forecasting using a disciplined approach, adjusting strategy, plan, and forecast as necessary

Requirements:

  • Reside within commuting distance, 30-45 minutes, of Austin TX. (Relocation package not available for this position.)
  • Experience with enterprise telecom sales
  • Experience in owning and delivering sales quota
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated capabilities as a natural team player leveraging all available resources
  • In-depth understanding of the Telecommunication sector and Service Providers
  • Capabilities to leverage all available resources within Wicresoft to advance sales and CX

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in selling enterprise telecom services and solutions
  • Experience using CRM (prefer HubSpot) to track and pursuit sales opportunities and leverage for marketing activities
  • Previous consulting or professional services experience a plus
  • Ability to articulate technical capabilities to business users and executives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
