Senior Account Manager – Key Account Manager – Customer Development Manager – Customer Success Manager sought for leading Telecoms and IT Solutions Company – Business to Business (B2B) based close to Maidstone, Kent. This Hybrid role with home working with 1 day a week office based has a base starting salary up to £40,000 per annum + Commission + Company Benefits = £70,000 realistic OTE.

I am seeking an experience and successful Senior Account Manager – Key Account Manager – Customer Development Manager – Customer Success Manager with a Telecoms and / or IT background (i.e. Mobile, Satellite, Fibre, WAN & SaaS technologies) who has worked with Clients in the either of the Construction, Building, Rail or Utilities sectors. This is NOT a new business development role but instead you will be account managing and developing existing named corporate clients, many of which are in the Construction, Building, Rail or Utilities sector. This Senior Account Manager role would suit someone who has a high level of personal motivation, a willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment and be an effective communicator. You will be home working with one day a week in my Clients offices based close to Maidstone, Kent but you will also be expected to make regular Client visits to your existing named business clients across the UK.

This role is a new position due to planned company expansion and you will be joining an existing Sales and Account Management team. My Client supplies an unique range of Telecoms and Software as a Service (SaaS) and has built up a solid and growing Corporate Client base built on delivery high quality products and services including IT & Telecoms managed services. As result you must have had an account manager or sales background within the Communications or Information Technology sectors (i.e. Mobile, Satellite, Fibre , WAN & SaaS technologies) and have worked with B2B Clients on the Construction, Building, Rail or Utilities sector. As you will be working with existing Clients, you will need to be able to demonstrate examples of solution selling within a company portfolio. As you would expect, this role requires someone who has the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines with strong planning and negotiation skills who is able to achieve KPIs to create and develop Development Plans for each Business Account.
