Aufgabengebiet
- Conduct fundamental research and interdisciplinary evaluation in innovative Blockchain projects, s, incl. business model analysis, competitor research, and due diligence
- Generate ideas, cover news and trends as well as monitor data in the sector
- Lead/support transactions from inception through closing
- Analyze, propose and conduct (sourcing through closing) new deals
- Conduct portfolio management for existing portfolio
- Lead or support scouting and sourcing activities
- Work on investor marketing, reporting and participate in existing and prospective funding activities
- Contribute to publications, online content and industry events
- Extend and create your network with key sector stakeholders
- Participate in major conferences and events, represent the VC at networking events
- Negotiate and structure investments, including terms and conditions, investment size, and exit strategy
Anforderungsprofil
- 2+ years of professional Blockchain investment experience is a must
- Experience in investing into and strong knowledge of Blockchain technology
- Be familiar with (early-stage) Venture Capital deals
- Ability to formulate strong Web3 investment theses based on fundamentals
- Fully autonomous, high-energy, organized, proactive, result-oriented
- Data engineering and analysis skills
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ideally a technical or economic academic degree/background
