Responsibilities:

The Professional IT Technical Consultant is responsible for providing technical guidance to support business activities. This position consults internally in order to maintain and develop IT systems and/or processes.

• Network SME: Cultivate and leverage deep expertise in a particular network technology, process, or solution. 
• Strategy Development: Contribute to network strategy by incorporating in-depth knowledge of the specialized area. 
• Issue Resolution: Lead troubleshooting in specialized areas, providing expert insight and problem resolution. 
• Project Leadership: Drive projects related to the specialized network area, ensuring technical and strategic alignment. 
• Mentorship: Provide knowledge sharing and mentorship to other network team members. 
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for specialized network areas, ensuring best practices are documented and shared. 

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Degree in a business informatics or in a relevant field. 
• Certifications: Advanced networking certifications in the specialized area (e.g., CCNP, CCIE). 
• Experience: Several years in a network-focused role, with proven expertise in a specialized area.

• Expert Technical Knowledge: Unparalleled expertise in specialized network area. 
• Analytical Ability: High-level problem-solving skills, particularly within the specialized area. 
• Leadership: Demonstrated project leadership and mentorship abilities.
