Senior IT Manager of Telecommunications/VOIP
The purpose of this job is to plan, designing, and installation of all Network Circuits, voice systems within the organization. This includes project management, daily operational management, customer service, and fiscal responsibility. Manage the team that supports, maintain, and repair phone systems and wireless mobile devices for the entire organization
Senior IT Manager of Telecommunications/VOIP Essential Functions
- Expertise in implementation of Cisco Unity, CUCM, UCCX, CUIC Webex Contact Center, Nuance, NLU (Natural Language Understanding), Nuance IVR, Calabrio AQM
- Assist Telecommuniations Support employees with training and troubleshooting difficult issues
- Monitor work of telecommunications vendors
- Determines appropriate action to take for repairing or replacing phone systems
- Determine purchase source of depot parts for phone systems and mobile devices
- Manage, develop and guide Telecom and Wireless Support team
- Manage, support, and oversee wireless mobile accounts (Verizon/AT&T)
- Oversee Wireless Support email inbox, incoming support calls, and trouble tickets
- Fullfill new order requests for mobile devices
Senior IT Manager of Telecommunications/VOIP Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent certification required
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experiencepreferred
- Avaya, Cisco or other phone system certifications
Senior IT Manager of Telecommunications/VOIP Specialized Knowledge
- Telecommunications knowlege
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Fundamental Networking knowledge
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $175,000.00 – $190,000.00 per year
