Department: MSTCST Sales TechComp Giesecke+Devrient is looking for a Senior Key Account Manager (m/f/d) for the Sales Tech Company department for our headquarters in Munich as soon as possible:

Your tasks:

  • Direct sales of products, services as well as services and solution projects in the area of consumer and industrial IoT (SIM cards, eSIM management solutions, embedded SW, private network solutions, connectivity, etc.) to Tech Company customers in Europe
  • Support and strategic development of existing customers (key accounts) and acquisition of new customers
  • Establishment and further development of long-term customer relationships in existing and new business areas across all hierarchical levels and relevant organizational units
  • Analysis, preparation and collaboration in offer and tender processes
  • Price and contract negotiations with customers, definition of contract contents/prices
  • Coordination and support of customer projects as well as preparation of customer-specific forecast

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial or technical studies
  • Several years of professional experience in sales of products, services and solutions and business development, preferably in the B2B telecommunications or IT environment.
  • Knowledge of business practices within the telecommunication market, especially in the field of consumer and industrial IoT (SIM cards, eSIM management solutions, embedded SW, private network solutions, connectivity) is an advantage
  • Dynamic personality, strong communication and presentation skills as well as strong negotiation skills
  • Team oriented and independent working style as well as convincing appearance
  • Business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
