The Bell Canada Finance team is seeking an experienced finance professional and leader who shares the passion of being a trusted value added business partner to the Bell Field Services Finance team.

The Field Services Finance team is responsible Forecast Planning and Analysis. The team works closely with various finance teams, strategic planning and operational groups. The mandate of the team is to deliver insightful financial information & analysis to the executive team to influence decision-making and drive greater profitability, while ensuring financial integrity.

The Senior Manager, Field Services Finance, for all reporting, forecasting and planning cycles as well as business case development for the senior leadership team as required. The successful candidate must have a minimum 5 years experience in financial planning and analysis roles.

Job Duties/Accountabilities:
Manage $200M expense budget: involving reporting, planning and forecasting

Work with the larger finance team to review and understand results, and consolidate/review forecasts and budgets

Work directly with the operations team to effectively manage financial targets through rate and cost efficiencies

Provide financial support for business cases as required for strategic planning

Prepare presentation materials and review financial forecasts with the vice-president team highlighting risk, opportunities and areas of improvement

Provide continuous improvement in the reporting, forecasting and budgeting process.

Adhoc projects and financial analysis, as required

Qualifications:
University degree with at minimum 5 years of experience in a financial planning environment

Highly advanced analytical skills

Excellent planning and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-paced / performance-driven environment.

Exceptional Excel skills

Foster relationships and partner with various cross functional groups and management levels.

Strong communication skills along with the ability to convey financial analysis to senior leadership team

Working knowledge of Bell financial systems and processes, knowledge of SAP is an asset.

Demonstrated ability to take ownership of issues and tasks through to resolution.

Telecommunications industry experience a strong asset
