Job Purpose

The Sr. Network Administrator will be responsible for providing support for the general IT Infrastructure for The HC Companies. The Sr. Network Administrator will report directly to the IT Infrastructure Manager and collaborate closely with the IT Infrastructure team to ensure the solid implementation and stable operations of technologies which support the business.

Key Responsibilities

· Implement, development and execution of infrastructure strategies

· Analyze new requirements and develop technical solutions

· Maintaining high system availability for business systems

· Troubleshooting and implementing appropriate solutions

· Collaborate with IT team with defining and enforcing IT standards

· Maintain infrastructure, including (Servers, PCs, thin client terminals, HMI units, Routers/switches, wireless access points, mobile scanners, printers)

· Management of Telecommunications: Mitel VOIP and MDM management and support

· Asset lifecycle management: Imaging, deployment, tracking, reclamation, and disposal

· Collaborating on cross-functional projects

· Daily communication with IT team, internal customers, and end users

· Day-to-day support, including helpdesk

· Continuous improvement and stable operations

· Traveling to support local and remote sites as needed

Qualifications and Experience

· Associates degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or 7 years of related IT experience

· Professional training or certificate a plus

· 5 years of experience in Network Administration role

· Experience with Hypervisors (EXSi and Hyper-V)

· Experience with computer and server hardware

· Administer active directory, DHCP, file, and print servers

· User account and group management: Create/Modify/Delete

· Window server OS (2012 – current); Windows OS (all); Patch Management

· Microsoft 365: Exchange online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, etc.

· Mobile device support (Android and iOS)

· Mitel (ShoreTel) VOIP phone system experience

· Backup management and ship floor manufacturing systems experience

· Switch configuration and firewall management

• TRAVELING IS REQUIRED TO OUR MIDDLEFIELD, OH PLANT AS NEEDED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
