Boeing Commercial Airplanes has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Operations Analyst (Level 5) to join our dynamic team in Everett, WA.
Position Responsibilities:

Utilizes project management skills and principles to develop plans, lead and direct projects including feasibility, constraints, processes, schedule, cost and risks.

Conducts operations studies or other work packages within and/or across programs, organizations or manufacturing business units.

Supports and develops reports for activities involving product development, process improvement, or program initiatives.

Supports leadership in managing program and organizational activities.
-
Develops solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation.

Ensures solutions are consistent with organization objectives.
-
Communicates effectively and efficiently, both written and orally.
This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. Depending on needs, travel up to 40%.

Skills and Qualifications
Required Skills:

7+ years of experience using project management tools

7+ years of manufacturing experience
-
5+ years’ of experience working directly in a production environment
Preferred Skills:
-
7+ years of experience in aerospace, aircraft engine and/or operations.

Experience leading lean manufacturing/Six Sigma workshops or events
-
7+ years’ experience in a team environment
-
7+ years’ experience in project leadership
-
7+ years’ experience in the supply chain

Proficient in structured problem solving

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Strong analytical skills

Industrial Engineering
Relocation:
This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. Note: Basic relocation will be offered for eligible internal candidates.

Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 7 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master +5 years’ related work experience, 10 years’ related work experience, etc.)
