What you’ll do

• You will report to a Sr. Manager Software Development and join the Journey Orchestration team inside the Digital Engagement Solutions department building the next generation of tools to power millions of customer interactions and guided Journeys
• Capture product management and engineering team’s feature and technical requirements on user stories and use cases while grooming, setting milestones, gathering technical requirements, and prioritizing the backlog
• Implement process improvement and product improvement stories to remove barriers, quality of work or job responsibility
• Coordinate demonstrations of development work

You should have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in an Agile product development environment, building scalable, complex technical applications
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
• Experience working on a SaaS platform
• Knowledge of how to break down business problems or solutions into smaller units that can be understood and delivered by a team

Position Pay Range

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.

$100,523.00-$160,837.00
