Position: Senior Project Engineer / CRE (Telecoms)
Location: Yorkshire Type: Contract or Permanent Status: Urgent Our client is a major rail contractor delivering a number of signalling & telecoms projects throughout the UK. Despite the pandemic, our client are enjoying an ongoing upturn in work and as a result are looking to add an established rail telecoms project engineers engineer to their existing team in the Yorkshire area. Some remote working available. The successful applicant will act as Senior Project Engineer / CRE (Telecoms) and delivered details designs for a variety of operations communication design schemes. Applicants must meet the following criteria:-Established rail operational communications project engineer experience. This specific rail industry experiences is categorically essential

  • Ideally candidates will have already acted as CRE, or must otherwise be qualified to do so
  • Expert technical knowledge of either FTN/FTNx OR SISS telecoms networks/systems.
  • Ideally qualified to degree level, but extensive relevant experience is welcome as an alternative
  • Fully eligible to work in the UK
  • Happy to be based in the Yorkshire area.
