Position Summary
My client is searching for a Senior Project Manager Civil with 10+ years of underground utilities experience – wet and dry. Work closely with VP of Preconstruction Services, General Superintendent, Director of Safety Quality, and other professionals. Well versed in street restoration. Excellent with customers, profit & loss responsibility.
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for all tasks from execution to finance in the project after its turned over from estimating until final project close out. The Senior Project Manager is ultimately responsible for the entire project. Specifically, The SPM manages the budget, purchasing, as well as obtains the information, authorizations, and drawings needed for the construction of the project. Compensation commensurate with experience. Negotiable. Reports to the Vice President of Operations
