We are responsible for delivering next-generation fixed wireless connectivity for Canadians coast-to-coast, empowering customers to participate in the Future Connected Home
What you’ll do
You’ll have an immediate impact on our business by leading efforts to drive critical programs in support of our strategic roadmap. You’ll help to execute programs for a product that stands alone, holds so much value for our customers, and enables many of our other key products into homes. You’ll help to shape the wireless high speed internet market with your input on fundamental aspects we deliver from ideation to growth.
Influence decisions that impact the client experience
Highlight opportunities that shape our strategy and work with teams to implement changes
Bring ideas forward, help teams to understand the value, sell ideas and work with cross functional teams to successfully make changes
Incorporate feedback from cross functional teams, provide feedback on available options to incorporate changes or what is out of the project scope and budget, adjust project delivery and scope
Uncover and unpack the details of a solution to the degree that you can own the solution as the business prime
Foster accountability and steer progress within core team and across stakeholder group
Qualifications
What you bring
Noted for your experience in delivery of complex solutions, with an ability to negotiate tradeoffs between delivery, quality, scope and cost
An inquisitive team member, known for your curiosity to investigate opportunities, bring forward ideas and encourage collaboration
A creative storyteller, known for your ability to break down complex projects and present technical information to all levels in a way they are engaged and understand
Recognized for your ability to bring people together to collaborate, and move projects forward
With a love for projects and building roadmaps, you have an ability to balance priorities, shift focus when needed, manage multiple deliverables and deadlines and solve problems as they arise
Great-to-haves
University degree and/or equivalent in Engineering, Business or Marketing with 5+ years of experience
Telecom/Wireless experience
PMP/Agile Certification or equivalent – asset
