Mandatory Skills:

• The proposed resource must meet or exceed one of the following: University graduation in business, management, or related discipline & 4-Years of Project Management (PM) experience; OR a 2-Years diploma in business, management, or related discipline & 6-Years PM experience; OR 1-Years certificate in business, the management or related discipline & 7-Years PM experience; OR 8-Years PM experience” (4 Years).
• Experience working as a Project Manager on a large complex software application development project in an environment of similar size and complexity to the Client.
• Experience must be described in resume” (8 Years).
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience must be described in resume”(8 Years).
• Experience defining project vision, scope, and goals in collaboration with business stakeholders(8 Years).
• Experience developing project deliverables including project charters, business cases, briefing notes, status reports, risk logs, and project closures(8 Years).
• Experience managing custom application development projects with at least 5 team members.

• Experience successfully implementing IT solutions in an environment with project resources from across multiple teams or organizations(8 Years).
