Having the right talent in the right place at the right time is critical for our day-to-day business and transformation success. As Senior Recruiter you will consult the business counterparts in their strategic workforce planning, give professional insights on market supply and define a winning sourcing strategy, i.e. make sure that we have the best talent in place for critical positions.

What are your challenges with us?

  • Strategic consulting of top management executives in filling business critical vacancies with focus on defining required skills, giving market insights, and developing targeted sourcing strategies
  • Ensuring a data-driven recruiting process, especially in the definition of targeted sourcing strategies respective to skill demand and market supply
  • Support in the selection of suitable executive search consultancies and other service providers to ensure high-quality and sustainable staffing of business-critical positions
  • Steering of active sourcing activities and close collaboration with other HR teams, especially challenging the availability of suitable internal talent with the aim of increasing internal mobility
  • Pre-screening of candidates for leadership positions based on skills defined, cultural fit, leadership traits and drivers
  • Consulting on and supporting of diagnostic procedures along the selection process, conducting interviews and assessment centers
  • Proactive and pragmatic collaboration with all HR internal interfaces, including co-determination processes
  • Definition and tracking of key performance indicators along the recruiting process
  • Continuous development of the recruiting consulting process and products, including assessment diagnostics and other methodologies

What are you bringing?

  • A Master’s degree in business administration, psychology or related subjects
  • 7 years of professional experience in executive recruiting, talent diagnostics and consulting of top management executives up to Board level
  • Broad knowledge of the national and international talent market with focus on technology and commercial (B2B, B2C) profiles, as well as a strong network on the German labor market
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, preferably gained as consultant of a top-tier executive search or strategy consultancy
  • Significant knowledge and experience in the development and facilitation of candidate selection processes, focusing on leadership positions
  • Experience with co-determination processes, German labor law and cross-functional collaboration in a corporate environment
  • A data-driven way of working, growth mindset and strong can-do attitude
  • Professional language skills in German and English, Spanish is a plus
