The Senior Regulatory Manager role is responsible for taking the lead and providing advise on navigating the telecoms regulatory framework in order to ensure we can offer our products and services in line with our regulatory obligations.


Key accountabilities include:

  • Lead on delivering specialist advice on the regulatory impact of key commercial decisions and present strategic options
  • Horizon scan and keep updated on regulatory and policy developments that might impact Vodafone UK
  • Represent Vodafone UK in engagement with Ofcom, industry working groups and consumer bodies
  • Work closely with wider team, Legal, Consumer, Brand, and commercial functions to support an integrated approach to product development and delivery


Who are we looking for?

  • Deep understanding of the telecoms regulatory framework and policy landscape.
  • Familiarity and experience working with Ofcom and other key regulatory and policy bodies.
  • Dynamic, self-motivated and clear communicator with the ability to get to the heart of complicated issues with speed
  • Experience of working in an impactful and collegiate way with senior executives, peers, team members.
