Job Description
- Conduct bottom-up fundamental research in innovative Blockchain projects
- Identify and analyze potential investment opportunities in the space
- Generate ideas, cover news and trends as well as monitor data in the sector
- Perform financial modeling and valuation, identify and evaluate key valuation drivers and thematic views using all available data sources
- Extend and create your network with key sector stakeholders
- Co-create quantitative strategies, potentially optimize trade execution
- Prepare e.g. performance reports and participate in existing and prospective funding activities
- Participate in major conferences and events
The Successful Applicant
- 2+ years of professional Blockchain investment experience is a must
- Experience in investing in and strong knowledge of Blockchain technology
- Ability to formulate strong Web3 investment theses based on fundamentals
- Data engineering and analysis skills
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong background in finance and research
- Ideally a technical or economic academic degree
