The Role

Hansen are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to help us continue to build and improve our product platform used by internal teams and customers alike. Hansen currently use the MEAN stack to build a highly customisable product backed by a product catalog, which makes for an interesting problem space.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be joining us at an exciting time, as we are moving towards a Cloud-Native platform and introducing leading edge technologies, enabling us to provide an efficient and resilient platform on which to continue developing product features to meet our customers’ needs.

Existing experience or a passionate interest in Salesforce Software Development is of particular interest to us, this is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in the day-to-day use of Salesforce.

Essential

Key Responsibilities

• Commensurate industry experience
• Experience working with teams to build, test and deploy high quality, highly reliable, scalable applications, APIs and user-interfaces in a team environment.
• Experience working on Product development using an agile methodology
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated technical leadership / mentoring skills
• Excellent work ethic, initiative, self-motivated and demonstrated ability to deliver high value products in a team environment
• Knowledge of Salesforce development, multitenancy limits and architectural concepts
• Knowledge of Typescript, C# and / or Java

Desirable

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent qualification
• Demonstrated technical leadership / mentoring skills
• Experience working on a Cloud platform and structuring an engineering organisation for a cloud-based solution.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics development and architectural concepts
