Senior Sourcing Recruiter job is available with GeoLogics top Aerospace, Space, Defense and Intelligence company. This 100% remote, work from home, telecommute position provides an opportunity to enhance the performance and profitability of an organization that supports some of our nation’s fundamental defense services while working closely with esteemed customers to develop solutions that allow them to carry out high-stakes national security missions.
Sourcing Responsibilities:
- Heavy Sourcing Focus
- Understanding ongoing hiring needs of their business and establishing the right sourcing mix in order to generate a strong pool of talent for open roles
- Drafting & publishing attractive job advertisement and managing responses
- Reaching out to target talent via social networks
- Designing & conducting engaging talent outreach campaigns
- Speaking with applicants about requirements to drive applications & engagement
- Doing the first-round screening for applicants & ensure a strong candidate experience
Recruiting Responsibilities:
- Manages the recruiting process using the iCIMS systems in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, maintaining accurate statuses and documentation within the system
- Creates, communicates, and disseminates reports on the statuses, trends, and outcomes of recruiting efforts
- Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions
- Promotes the company image to candidates and external service providers
- provide performance feedback on all recruiting agencies/sources
- Provides management with reporting on recruitment efforts as required
- Engages and collaborates with employees, managers, Human Resources team, internal/external consultants, vendors, and experts, other General Dynamics Divisions vendor partners, and applicants
Required Skills & Experience:
- U.S. Citizenship Required
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience
- Strong prior experience within talent acquisition in a sourcing role
- Exceptional knowledge and use of various sourcing tools & methodologies
