
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in the data networking industry.
- 5 years of experience in operations management networking leadership roles, overseeing strategic projects as a people manager/team lead.
- Experience in technology leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing and leading a global network enterprise operations team.
- Knowledge of network operations standards and best practices, especially in an enterprise setting.
- Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) standards and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects, identify problems across organizations and create programs/processes to solve them.

The Google Enterprise Network (GEN) Network Operations team is responsible for delivering a secure and reliable network. As a Google Network Operations Manager, you will be responsible for running the teams that manage critical network infrastructure programs and features to keep our systems running smoothly. You will partner closely with the network engineering and deployment team to ensure the designs and solutions are safe, efficient and address our user’s requirements.
In this role, you will develop the next generation of enterprise networking for our Google offices and corporate data centers. You will make continual improvements to ensure Google’s network infrastructure meets the needs of our users.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $208,000-$306,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead the operations strategy portfolio of programs.
- Identify broad problems and translate these into projects and work with the team.
- Lead business operations for the operations organization which includes managing the annual budget planning process as well as ongoing re-planning as needed.
- Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure development of end-to-end network solutions for Alphabet.
