JOB SUMMARY
Sales Support and Solution Engineering:
- Work with the Customer and Sales to identify solution requirements and define the telephony solution architecture to be implemented. Define the implementation project plan with the customer and project manage the implementation of the telephony solution for chain and independent pharmacies.
Solution Support:
- Collaborate across teams, such as customer support and product engineering, to troubleshoot application and telephony issues.
Vendor Management:
- Collaborate across internal departments, such as IT and procurement, and work with vendors to negotiate costs and contractual requirements. This includes monitoring invoices and interfacing with vendor account management to ensure TDS interests are being worked consistent with our stated objectives and priorities.
Provide Nextiva support and administration for the business unit cloud PBX and call center.
Assist IT and Product Engineering in evaluating and identify future call centers solutions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pre-sales telephony architecture presentations
- Prepare RFP responses
- Internal and external telephony project planning, support and troubleshooting
- Prepare security and compliance reports, and capacity and usage analysis reports
- Vendor management
KNOWLEDGE & REQUIREMENTS
- Experience leading telephony implementations, including PSTN, VoIP, SIP/RTP and TDM.
- Familiarity with some or all of the following: Aumtech IVR, CallTower, Windstream, BCMOne, CCIcom, XcastLabs, Twillio, efax, Lumen, Nextiva, Five9, Vonage, 8×8, Webex Cloud Calling, telehealth.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Minimum of bachelors degree or equivalent work experience or combination of both

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 – $101,706.00 per year
