The Senior Contact Center Applications Engineer will be a member of the Kelsey Seybold Clinics Telecom team responsible for delivering a reliable and feature-rich Contact Center architecture to provide Clinic team members features and functionality that quickly and accurately handle the needs of our patients. Performing detailed analysis, gathering business requirements, designing, and implementing new voice-related technologies. Maintains Contact Center applications providing administration and technical support for Cisco Packaged Contact Center Enterprise technology. Provides configuration management and trouble resolution of Contact Center applications. Specific skills include creating and maintaining Cisco call flows, scripting, voicemail, auto-attendant applications, and Cisco-related software. Provides support and knowledge transfer to the Senior Telecommunications Applications Specialist and remaining Telecom Team Members.

Requirements:

  • 4 Year Degree or 7+ years equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of Cisco PCCE/UCCE advanced administration, scripting, maintenance routines, patching, Cisco Voice Portal, and software upgrades
  • Technical and analytical aptitude for multiple application points of integration. 5 + years of systems experience with development, analysis, installation, and support
  • Proven communication presentation, problem-solving, and technical skills are also required. Candidates must have the ability to assume more than one role on the team and must have the ability to travel occasionally.

Preferences:

  • Previous healthcare IT experience, Cisco Unified Border Element experience, and Survivable Remote Site Telephony
  • Cisco Certification (CCEAAR), MCSE, ITIL 3 or higher
  • Knowledge of Calabrio WFM, Call Miner, Engage Recording, Variphy, Microsoft Applications, Citrix VDI desktop, and software deployment
