We are looking for a Senior Telecommunications Engineer to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluates phone systems for migrations to standardized platforms
• Oversees Unified Communications as a Service and Contact Center as a Service platforms
• Oversees service and support to Voice over Internet Protocol, Private Branch Exchange, Session Initiation Protocol and Transmission Control Protocol systems
• Coordinates the assignment, configuration, and tracking of cell phones and other mobile devices

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology preferred
• Minimum three (3) years of experience supporting cloud-based telephony systems required
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products required
• Intermediate understanding of Active Directory and networking required
• Basic knowledge of Application Programming Interface preferred
• Basic knowledge of Exchange or O365 preferred
