Description: Temporary Employee will be responsible for activating, supporting and servicing Android and Apple wireless devices. Experience in customer service, managing customer demands and equipment. Working knowledge of a service desk tool such as Service Now, create/update/close customer requests.
Must have a valid Texas driver’s license
KNOWLEDGE: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field is required.
EXPERIENCE:
- One year of experience in telecommunications, including needs evaluation, solution recommendation and installation coordination, is required.
- Four years of telecommunications experience may be substituted for the education requirement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 – $30.25 per hour
