Job Description

What you’ll do

We’re looking for a Senior Telecommunications Specialist with voice move, add, and change request fulfillment experience. Under general supervision, you’ll be responsible for completion of enterprise and contact center related end user requests. You will manage a large volume of requests at one time (30 – 40) while meeting 5-day service level agreement. You’ll program phones, softphones, voice mail and fax lines. Conduct individualized end user training and troubleshooting. Coordinate with vendors for phone equipment procurement and installation. Assist with larger departmental efforts lead by management and Voice Projects Team. Maintains number tracking database.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Six or more years’ experience with request fulfillment and programming telecommunications platforms

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Experience with one or all of the following telecommunications platforms:
    • Cisco Unified Communications including Call Manager, Unity Connection, Voice Gateways (for analog devices) and Jabber for Windows
    • Amazon Connect Cloud Contact Center
    • Genesys Call Center System, including DCCM
    • Call Recording Systems, including Verint, NICE Engage and Kinesis
  • ServiceNow – request, incident and change modules
  • Ability to manage a large volume of requests at one time (30 – 40) while meeting 5-day service level guarantee
  • Voice networks
  • Data networks
  • ITIL standards, procedures, policy
  • Technical troubleshooting
  • 2nd Nature MACD Administration System
  • Microsoft Office product capabilities – Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word etc.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $31.35 – $41.78 – $45.96
