Site Acquisition Specialist – Telecommunications

The Site Acquisition Specialist will prepare and present the best sites that are leasible, zonable and constructable to the client. Some travel and relationship-building with property owners will be required. The Site Acquisition Specialist may be asked to assist in zoning and permitting cell sites. It is the goal to meet all deadlines of the client in a timely manner and to communicate any issues or concerns that may delay the completion of deadlines to client and/or the Project Manager, depending on the circumstance.

Candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:

• The ability and willingness to proactively communicate with clients and other employees on a daily basis

• Precise written and oral communication skills, with an ability to concisely summarize, in writing, prior instructions communicated to SSC by clients orally in meetings and conference calls

• Superior organizational skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft suite of desktop programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)

* A basic understanding of permitting, zoning, and regulatory processes that impact the wireless industry is preferred

* Prior experience working with databases is preferred

* 1 to 2 years of Telecom Industry knowledge is preferred but those new to the wireless industry are also encouraged to apply

* A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• Telecommunication: 1 year (Preferred)
• Real estate law: 1 year (Preferred)
